Expected conduct
Participants should treat colleagues with respect, engage with ideas constructively and recognize different backgrounds and experiences. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation and unwanted attention are incompatible with the conference environment being planned.
Conference policy
The organizers will publish the applicable formal conduct policy, its scope and enforcement procedures before registration opens. This planning statement does not replace the approved policy.
Reporting concerns
Designated reporting contacts and a confidential handling process have not yet been appointed for 2027. They will be published here once confirmed. This website does not currently operate an incident-reporting channel.
