Develop a proposal

  • Describe the topic, its relevance to multimedia and the intended audience.
  • Introduce the organizers and their relevant experience.
  • Outline the format, schedule and expected contributions.
  • Describe outreach, inclusive participation and accessibility arrangements.
  • For challenges, explain data access, evaluation criteria and responsible use.

Submission requirements

The 2027 chairs have not yet approved page limits, templates, review procedures or supplementary-material requirements. Requirements from 2026 are historical reference, not instructions for a 2027 submission.

The final call will specify the submission system, eligibility, review model, formatting, conflicts of interest, publication arrangements and presentation obligations.
