This website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a design and testing target, not a claim of independent certification. The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link and responsive text layouts.
Motion is reduced when your device requests it. Core conference information is available as HTML rather than only as images or downloadable documents. The website is in English.
On-site access information
Venue-specific access has not yet been confirmed. Step-free entrances, lifts, toilets, seating, accessible transport and quiet-space information will be published after venue review. No particular facility or service is guaranteed until listed as confirmed.
Participation requirements
The organizers will publish a designated access contact and an accommodation-request process after appointments are confirmed. Requests may concern mobility access, hearing or visual access, captions, dietary needs or other participation requirements.
There is currently no active request form or access contact. Please revisit the contact page for a verified channel. Do not submit medical information through unofficial channels.
Presentations and materials
Presenters are encouraged to use readable, high-contrast visuals, describe essential visual information and provide captions or transcripts for media. Details of any conference-provided captioning, interpretation or remote-access services remain to be confirmed.
Reporting an accessibility barrier
Once the web contact is confirmed, you will be able to report a page address, the task you were trying to complete and a description of the barrier. A browser or assistive-technology name can help diagnosis, but personal medical details are not needed.
