Proposal guidance
Special session proposals should identify a timely topic, explain why it belongs in the MMAsia community, outline the format, and list prospective contributors without implying acceptance.
The final template, deadline, review process, and contact route will be published after the 2027 organizing structure is confirmed. Please do not submit a proposal by email until an official address is listed here.
